An exploratory solar-energy research archive for Lebanon and Syria. The study compares complete energy chains for a specified service, distance and storage interval. Cooling, drying, water production, pumping and materials applications remain open.

No technology or pilot has been selected; funding work is deferred while research questions are resolved.
